Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.3 and earlier, the F-Tile SDI II FPGA IP and GTS SDI II IP parallel loopback with external VCXO Design Example has video flickering or a white display. This problem only occurs when testing with a 48Hz refresh rate. Resolution This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software.
