Device xxxxx does not support Passive Parallel x8 scheme - Device xxxxx does not support Passive Parallel x8 scheme Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 14.1 and 15.0, this error occurs when generating the programming files for Fast Passive Parallel x8 in the Convert Programming File utility. Resolution To work around this problem, select Passive Serial mode in the Convert Programming File utility to generate the programming files for Fast Passive Parallel x8 mode. The programming files for Passive Serial and Fast Passive Parallel x8 mode are the same. This problem is fixed in Quartus® II software 15.0.2.
