How does the Intel® Stratix® 10 Voltage Sensor IP monitor the 1.8V power rails VCCIO_SDM and VCCPT? - How does the Intel® Stratix® 10 Voltage Sensor IP monitor the 1.8V power rails VCCIO_SDM and VCCPT?
Description In the Intel® Stratix® 10 Analog to Digital Converter User Guide , you may notice that on-chip voltage sensor in Intel® Stratix® 10 devices can monitor multiple internal power supplies, including VCCIO_SDM and VCCPT which are both 1.8V power rails. While in the Intel® Stratix® 10 Device Datasheet , Table 68 specifies the input signal range of the Intel® Stratix® 10 Voltage Sensor is from 0V to 1.24V. suggesting that 1.8V power rails like VCCIO_SDM and VCCPT may exceed this specification. However, the 1.8V voltage goes into a built-in divider before entering the ADC, so it can match the specification of the input signal range. Resolution This detail is scheduled to be added in a future release of the Intel® Stratix® 10 Analog to Digital Converter User Guide .
