Description Due to a problem with the Intel® Stratix® 10 H-tile Transceiver Native PHY IP in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 17.1 IR1, the magnitude range of pre-emphasis first pre-tap and first post-tap magnitude shown is incorrect. The correct magnitude range is 0 to 15 for pre-emphasis first pre-tap and 0 to 24 for pre-emphasis first post-tap. Resolution This problem has been fixed in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 17.1 IR2
