Rx_video_format Toggles Between Format Data Rate 1/1 and Data Rate 1/1.001 - Rx_video_format Toggles Between Format Data Rate 1/1 and Data Rate 1/1.001
Description The rx_video_format signal in the SDI IP core switches intermittently between formats with data rate 1/1 and data rate 1/1.001. For example, rx_video_format[3:0] for 1080i60 is supposed to be 0111, and for 1080i59.94 it is 0110. When the IP core receives 1080i59.94, the rx_video_format signal may switch from 0110 to 0111 or vice versa. This issue affects the user logic that depends on the rx_video_format signal. The issue may also cause a false alarm for video format switching. This issue is fixed in version 14.1 of the SDI IP core.
