Description Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.4, the EMIF Debug Toolkit is showing a wrong value at the IP Rate parameter. This problem occurs because the EMIF Debug Toolkit refers to the PHY Rate instead of the IP Rate . Resolution This problem has been fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.3.
