Why doesn't the eCPRI Intel® FPGA IP support CPRI rate switch from 24G/12G to 10G/8G? - Why doesn't the eCPRI Intel® FPGA IP support CPRI rate switch from 24G/12G to 10G/8G?
Description Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 20.3, if the eCPRI Intel® FPGA IP is rate switching from 24G/12G 64-bit interface to 10G/8G 64-bit interface, data corruption may occur. The Interworking Function (IWF) component may not sample IQ data correctly. Resolution There is no workaround. This problem has been fixed starting in version 21.1 of the eCPRI Intel® FPGA IP webcore release.
