Description Intel® Stratix® 10 MX devices have a total of 16 IOPLLs available for general purpose use in the core fabric, although Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Software versions 18.1 UPdate 1 and earlier mentions only 14 available IOPLL resources. Out of the 16 IOPLLs, 15 are available in each IO Bank and should be used with PLL input reference clock from a dedicated pin as recommended for reduced jitter. The IOPLL present in the unbonded IO bank may be used by sourcing the reference input clock from the global clock network. Resolution This information is scheduled to be added in future releases of the Intel® Stratix® 10 MX (DRAM System-in-Package) Device Overview and Intel Quartus Prime Pro software.
