Description Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v19.2, a partial reconfiguration operation may fail in designs targeting an Intel® Stratix® 10 device that includes any of the following intellectual property (IP) cores: the Temperature Sensor Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA IP core, the Intel® Stratix® 10 Serial Flash Mailbox Client Intel® FPGA IP core or the Mailbox Client Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA IP core.
