My university purchased an Arria 10 SoC dev Kit from Mouser (as indicated by Intel's reseller list and our university's AVL). We have no indication that a Quartus License has been set up nor any documentation to activate the software. I reviewed the licensing procedure before posting. However ... 1) Altera site does not exist. 2) What Altera Account? 3) The self licensing site has nothing for my user login (not surprising since there is no link between the kit and myself).. Essentially I'm asking for some assistance in getting the information needed to begin the licensing process.
