Description Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition version 20.2, because of incorrect option bits in a .pof, Passive Serial (PS) or Fast Passive Parallel (FPP) configuration fails in the Intel® Cyclone® 10 LP devices. Resolution Use the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition 20.1 or earlier, or any version of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition that supports generating a .pof for PS or FPP configuration in the Intel® Cyclone® 10 LP devices. This problem has been fixed in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 20.3.
