Why does the Quartus II software version 12.0 show the incorrect core voltage for -2 speed grade Stratix V devices? - Why does the Quartus II software version 12.0 show the incorrect core voltage for -2 speed grade Stratix V devices?
Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 12.0, the Device dialog box displays the incorrect core voltage for -2 speed grade Stratix® V devices. The Device dialog box shows 0.85 V as the core voltage. However, -2 speed grade devices support a core voltage of 0.9 V. The Pin-Out File ( .pin ) file shows the correct 0.9 V requirement for -2 devices. Resolution This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 12.0 SP2.
