Description Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.3 and earlier, no error message is given if you implement bidirectional I/O in Bank 3C in Intel® Stratix® 10 GX 400 density devices. As per Intel® Stratix® 10 General Purpose I/O User Guide , Bank 3C in Intel Stratix 10 GX 400 density devices only supports unidirectional single-ended I/O with the 3.3 V or 3.0 V I/O standard. Resolution This problem is fixed starting in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.1.
