Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® II archiving software you may see the above Qsys error when upgrading Stratix® IV GX and Arria® II GX transceiver toolkit designs between different versions of the Quartus II software. This is due to the Quartus II Archiver not importing the design "IP" folder. Resolution To fix this issue copy the "IP" folder to your project. The IP folder can be found in the Transceiver Toolkit example designs.
