Description Yes, there is a known issue with Stratix ® V GX device transceiver reconfiguration Avalon interface, when you are using MIF based reconfiguration in Quartus ® II software versions 11.1SP2 or earlier. You might notice the reconfig_mif_address still toggle when the waitrequest is asserted. The correct Avalon interface sequence to be followed is shown in Figure 3-3 of Avalon Interface Specifications (PDF) document.
