Description In the Quartus® II software version 13.0, you may receive this error message when compiling a design which contains the LPDDR2 UniPHY based IP. This error occurs if the CAS latency is set to 3 when using a hard memory controller in your design. Resolution This problem has been fixed starting with Quartus II software version 13.1.
