SOPC Builder flow: No longer available in the Quartus II software v13.0. Resolution This issue has no workaround. The MegaCore IP Library Release Notes documents the removal of support for these devices and flows. This issue is fixed in version 14.0 of the I P Compiler for PCI Express User Guide .
