Arrow DECA: Uses a MAX 10 FPGA with an ARM Cortex-M3, priced under $150. Intel Arria 10 SoC: Includes a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 and may be available for under $1,000 if purchased used or refurbished. For a quad-core processor, you may need to explore second-hand markets or consider dual-core options for cost savings.
