Why is the polarity incorrect for some Avalon-MM interface signals exported from my Qsys project using tcl? - Why is the polarity incorrect for some Avalon-MM interface signals exported from my Qsys project using tcl?
Description An issue has been identified when directly exporting signals from the Avalon Memory Mapped (Avalon-MM) interface using a tcl script. Users exporting inverted signals with the suffix "_n" will find that these signals may be of the wrong polarity. This issue does not affect users who instantiate hdl code directly within Qsys, only those who export the signals with no hdl code. Resolution To work around this issue, only export non-inverted signals in the tcl script, and invert these signals externally if required. This issue can affect both inputs and outputs to the Qsys project, and shall be fixed in a future version of the Qsys tool.
