Description The High Speed Serial Interface (HSSI) Transceiver pins are only testable via boundary scan with IEEE 1149.6 BSDL. This is supported in Arria® 10, Stratix® V, Arria V GZ, Cyclone® IV GX and Arria II GX devices. Arria V (GX, GT, SX & ST), Cyclone V (GX, GT, SX, ST), Stratix IV (GX,GT), Stratix II GX, Stratix GX, Arria II GZ and Arria GX HSSI pins are not testable because they are not IEEE 1149.6 BSDL compliant.
