Quartus Prime Download - Quartus Prime Download I am unable to download the Quartus Prime Std 23.1 application because of some internet issue. I checked the internet where it said that i can upload a ca certificate but i dont see any option to upload that i dont know how to download this. Any help here? What operating system are you using? Have you tried installing on a different machine to see if the issue persists? Replies: Re: Quartus Prime Download I also tried downloading the individual apps and using the device installer, i am unable to view those devices even after installing them separately. idk if the problem is with the files that i am downloading or is it something else Replies: Re: Quartus Prime Download i have tried all of it still i am not getting the devices. i reinstalled it again and i tried everything mentioned above. Is there a way to get a zip folder of those missing files or install those files separately. I did try installing it separately by downloading the individual files but when i open the device installer it says already installed. In some cases, a reboot is required for it to take effect. In the meantime, please review the troubleshooting steps below and try the ones that are applicable to your setup: 1. Before you download and install the software, please check that your machine system met the minimum Hardware and Software Requirements. Check that the disk space is sufficient for the installation of the Altera FPGA software. 3. If you are running antivirus software, try to temporarily disable the antivirus software during the Quartus Prime software download and installation process. 4. Install the software with Administrator privileges. 5. If install using .tar, try to re-download the Quartus .tar installation package and install again. Check that the installation files .tar is not corrupted by checking the checksum. 6. Try to download and auto install using the new Quartus installer. 7. Check your OS history update, e.g. to check if the issue happen after some specific Window update. 8. If applicable, enable Windows Long Path Support. You should see a green check mark next to the installed components when the installation is successful. I would recommend uninstalling the affected Quartus 25.1 installation and ensuring that all residual files are removed. After that, use the Quartus Installer to download and install both the Quartus software and the required device support packages. Once the installation is complete, verify that all selected components show a green check mark. Replies: Re: Quartus Prime Download I did try that as well its still the same. I tried the same for the 25.1 version and i downloaded it but i am unable to get any devices. I am able to see only Cyclone V boards and nothing else. I also tried installing the devices separately. But in the device installer it said that those devices are already installed. I checked the device files and i seem to be missing some files. I will share the screenshot of those. I would appreciate any help. The first one is the Cyclone V and the second one is Cyclone IV E. I also tried installing the 25.1 version but in that i only get the Cyclone V devices and I dont get any other FPGA boards in-spite of downloading the devices during installation.
