When using “HPS First Configuration mode,” why does INIT_DONE stay LOW even after the Stratix® 10 device enters user mode? - When using “HPS First Configuration mode,” why does INIT_DONE stay LOW even after the Stratix® 10 device enters user mode?
Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.4 and earlier, you might see a miss report of the INIT_DONE status register on Stratix® 10 SoC devices. This happens only when using HPS First Configuration mode. Executing the SDM mailbox command “ CONFIG_STATUS ,” word 3 bit 1 will incorrectly report INIT_DONE as LOW even after the device successfully enters user mode. Resolution This problem is scheduled to be fixed on a future version of Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
