RapidIO II IP Core Might Transmit Corrupt Data - RapidIO II IP Core Might Transmit Corrupt Data
Description If the RapidIO II IP core receives multiple NREAD requests with priority 2 for the maximum payload of 256 bytes, the IP core transmits the resulting 256-byte read responses with priority 3. The queue of such responses waiting for transmission on the RapidIO link might cause the internal transmit memory to reach full capacity. In this case, the IP core might transmit corrupted data on the RapidIO link. Resolution This issue has no workaround. To avoid this issue, the RapidIO link partner should avoid sending multiple NREAD requests with priority 2 for the maximum payload of 256 bytes. This issue is fixed in version 14.1 of the RapidIO II IP core.
