Description Due to a problem in uboot-socfpga, it is not possible to access a physical 2GB portion of the SDRAM (2GB-4GB address range). This can cause errors in u-boot / Linux for system with above 2GB of SDRAM installed, if this physical memory area checked or accessed. Resolution This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of u-boot-socfpga. A patch is also available to address this problem, please submit a Support Case or contact your FAE for access to the patch.
