Debugging with the Ethernet Toolkit - Same Course in Japanese: イーサネット・ツールキットによるデバッグ 27 Minutes There are many causes for a non-functioning Ethernet link and trying to determine which one(s) you are facing can be challenging. The Ethernet Toolkit, found in the Quartus® Prime Pro software, provides critical visibility into your Ethernet IP, its operation and its transmitted and received packets. In the Debugging with the Ethernet Toolkit online training course you will learn how to use this tool to diagnose and analyze your FPGA Ethernet links. This class introduces the tool and its supported IP cores, describes how to enable it in your existing Ethernet design or a generated example design and shows how to interact with an active Ethernet link. Course Objectives At course completion, you will be able to: Enable Ethernet Toolkit support in your Ethernet IP Launch the Ethernet Toolkit from the System Console found in the Quartus Prime Pro software Use the Ethernet Toolkit to: Check link status View core statistical information Run tests to check Ethernet link functionality Skills Required Basic knowledge of the Quartus Prime Pro software General understanding of FPGA architecture understanding of Ethernet protocols and terminology Familiarity with Altera® Ethernet IP If the audio for the course does not start automatically, press pause and then play on the course player. The transcript of the course audio is available in the Notes or closed captioning (CC) feature of the player. If you need assistance with this course, please email fpgatraining@altera.com .
