Why is the Spyglass CDC feature for the CPRI Intel® FPGA IP working only for the F-Tile and the E-Tile devices? - Why is the Spyglass CDC feature for the CPRI Intel® FPGA IP working only for the F-Tile and the E-Tile devices?
Description Due to the CPRI Intel® FPGA IP being a composed IP, the Spyglass CDC generation in the Intel Quartus Prime Software have a dependency on sub-IPs. The Spyglass CDC feature is not available for the following devices as the corresponding sub-IPs will not support the feature: Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA L- and H-Tile devices: L-Tile/H-Tile Transceiver Native PHY Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA IP Intel® Arria® 10 device: The Arria 10 Transceiver Native PHY IP, the Cyclone 10 GX Transceiver Native PHY IP Resolution There is no workaround available. This problem is not scheduled to be fixed in any future release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Software.
