Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.1.1, you may see a linkup problem for F-tile Ethernet Hard IP with Auto-Negotiation and Link Training (AN/LT) and Dynamic Reconfiguration enabled designs using Consortium mode. This is due to the consortium_next_page_send not being asserted. Resolution To work around this problem, when Advertise Consortium Port Ability is set in the GUI, set register enable_consortium_next_page_send (0x300[8] =1) . This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software.
