Description You may see this error when using Microsoft Office Excel 2010 32-bit to open the 32-bit Early Power Estimator (EPE) version 12.0sp1. This issue was caused by a bug in the EPE when version 12.0sp1 was first released. This issue affects the following EPEs: Stratix® III, Stratix IV, Stratix V, Hardcopy® III and HardCopy IV PowerPlay Early Power Estimator Cyclone® III, Cyclone IV and Cyclone V PowerPlay Early Power Estimator Arria® II GX, Arria II GZ, and Arria V PowerPlay Early Power Estimator Resolution Version 12.0sp1 of the EPEs are now updated with the fix that resolves the issue.
