Resolution To work around this problem, perform the following actions: Switch to the revision with the same name as the project (creating that revision if it doesn\'t exist) Switch back to the other revision before compiling Alternatively you can delete the db and incremental_db directories. This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
