We have been using Quartus II for certain smaller designs on Cyclone V for nearly 15 years now, but now, after re-generating the license again I can now still run Quartus II, but it gives me the error : Error (119013): Current license file does not support the 5CGTFD9E5F31C7 device. I can also still build all my Arria10 designs using Quartus Prime (for which we have separate licenses), so it's not an issue with the license server or license daemon. I managed to get the issue resolved by updating my Linux OS to a newer version. The license server (lmgrd) version which I was using was outdated, and the latest version of lmgrd did not seem to work correctly on my previous Linux version. I think previously you're requesting Questa Starter Edition license, that's why you can't file the internal ticket. And I can still build my design with my old license file (generated over a year ago) on the old license server, but after re-generating the license file, building CycloneV with Quartus Prime doesn't work anymore. (While I can still build e.g. Arria10 designs with Quartus Pro). And when I try to add a "New Computer" and enter the information of my already existing computer, I get an error message saying that this computer already exists... OK, I tried this, but when I get to the following page and want to choose an existing computer, it says "There are no existing computers." (encircled in red) But then when I click "View All Computers" (encircled in yellow), the browser opens a new webpage which does lists all of my computers. See 2nd screenshot. So on the first web-page, I simply cannot click 'Generate' because I cannot select a computer there. I guess the problem might be caused (again) because I have 2 mail addresses for my mailbox, and the 'Primary Admin Email' is registered to 1 mail address, while my login for my Intel account (Microsoft Azure) uses the other mail address. This has been a problem before, but our IT department apparently is unable to fix this. When I try to login to Azure with my Primary Admin Email address, it doesn't allow me to do that.
