Why does the SDM version retrieved from the Stratix® 10 FPGAs binaries created with the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4 indicate version 22.3 instead? - Why does the SDM version retrieved from the Stratix® 10 FPGAs binaries created with the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4 indicate version 22.3 instead?
Description Due to a late problem identified in the SDM firmware for the Stratix® 10 FPGA devices within the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4 release candidate, the SDM firmware from version 22.3 was retained in the final 22.4 release. As a result, retrieving the SDM firmware version from binaries built with version 22.4 incorrectly reports version 22.3 instead. Resolution This problem has no workaround; therefore, the 22.3 SDM firmware version is expected to appear when building the Stratix® 10 binaries with Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.4.
