Description In the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition Software, when you instantiate the Custom PHY IP Core there are two preset options for GIGE Parameter validation rules - GIGE-1.25 Gbps and GIGE-2.5 Gbps. The raw data rate for preset GIGE-1.25 Gbps is 1 Gbps, and preset GIGE-2.5 Gbps is 2.5 Gbps. With the 8b/10b encoding enabled, GIGE-1.25 Gbps preset represents 1250 Mbps data rate and GIGE-2.5 Gbps preset represents 3125 Mbps data rate. Resolution There is no resolution to this subject.
