Resolution To work around this problem, assign design's nodes in the view of particular Bank. For example, if you have Bank count set to 2 assign nodes using Bank 0 or Bank 1 view and not All Banks view. This problem is fixed in version 20.3 of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
