This problem only affects Intel Agilex® 7 devices. Resolution To work around this problem, correct the setting manually by changing the digital frequency from 0.01 to at least 820.312500 MHz . The digital frequency can be toggled depending on your usage. This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 21.4.
