Resolution Currently, there is no workaround for this problem. The ideal user flow is as follows: AN --> AN done --> perform DR --> DR done --> start LT --> LT done --> data mode+send traffic This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software.
