Why do I see incorrect timestamp values in the responder descriptor during the H2D Streaming transfer of Scalable Scatter-Gather DMA IP? - Why do I see incorrect timestamp values in the responder descriptor during the H2D Streaming transfer of Scalable Scatter-Gather DMA IP? Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.3.1 and earlier, incorrect timestamp values might be reported in H2D Streaming responder descriptor of Scalable Scatter-Gather DMA IP. This problem occurs when the internal PTP timestamp FIFO is overflowed. Resolution To work around this problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 24.3.1, make sure less than 16 responder descriptors are sent at a time and the Host receives responder descriptors before more H2D descriptors are sent. This problem will be fixed in a future release of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
