This problem may be seen at a low probability while reconfiguration is repeated when driving nCONFIG. This problem applies to either the Active Serial Configuration modes or Avalon® streaming configuration modes. Resolution This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v20.3.
