Description While running an older DR Merging design ( Enable_dual_simplex = 1) with Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 25.1.1, errors of the following format shown below will be seen: Error(25412): Quartus Prime did not find a valid reconfiguration ID assignment for IP instance sdi_tx_inst in reconfiguration group dr_top. This is because "reconfig_id 0" automatically resolves to other values in previous builds of Quartus® Prime Pro. Starting in Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 25.1.1, the reconfig_id must be correctly set by the user (must start at 1).
