When multiple transceivers from different logical hierarchies are clustered into a single physical cell for placement, the BluePrint Platform Designer only shows this physical cell in one logical hierarchy, instead of in all the logical hierarchies associated with the transceivers. Resolution There is no workaround. This issue will be fixed in a future release of the Quartus ® Prime Pro Edition Software.
