There's a bug in ALTMEMPHY when quick-calibaration mode is selected in the GUI that affects DDR2 params. Basically, one of the resync stages is disabled when it shouldn't be, which causes the sim to always fail. Resolution Workaround for the customer is to simulate using either skip-cal or full-cal mode.
