IOS Avalon Interface hangs after receving an Out of Order Nread response followed by a Nread Error response - IOS Avalon Interface hangs after receving an Out of Order Nread response followed by a Nread Error response
Description If the Error response is coming out-of-order or if the IP is in the midst of processing the previous Transaction ID, then the IP will just flag the error signals, and do not set the response as "processed". This results drop in performance, as the IP needs to wait for timeout, instead of immediate processing of these illegal/error responses. Resolution Altera recommends to set a faster value so that the interface will not stall for too long This issue will be fixed in the future version of the RapidIO II IP Core.
