This is caused by the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software trying to reach the Cloud Notification Center that has been marked EOL (End of Life). Resolution To avoid this problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software, follow the steps below: 1. Go to Tools, Options, Internet Connectivity, and turn off the Notification Center feature. 2. In your quartus2.ini file , remove any assignment that will try to reach the Notification Center .
