This port is supposed to be enabled. If this signal is not enabled, you will not get the 148.5-MHz recovered clock to clock the SDI II IP protocol. Resolution To work around this issue, follow these steps: In the SDI II parameter editor, click Tx PMA tab. Under TX PMA Optional Ports , check Enable tx_pma_div_clkout port . For tx_pma_div_clkout division factor , select 2 . This issue is fixed in version 15.1 Update 1 of the Arria 10 Transceiver Native PHY IP core.
