Description Due to a bug in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software v21.3 and earlier, you might not see transceiver PHY simplex instances in the Transceiver Toolkit when using Cyclone® 10 GX FPGA, Arria® 10 FPGAs, or Stratix® 10 L or H-Tile FPGA devices. This problem might occur if your Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software design contains only simplex transceiver PHY instances. Resolution To work around this problem, you can instantiate a dummy duplex transceiver PHY instance and ensure that the Transceiver Native PHY IP Debug Master Endpoint (NPDME) option is enabled. This problem will be fixed in a future version of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
