Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.3, you may see link down problem for GTS Ethernet Hard IP with auto-negotiation and link training (AN/LT) multirate designs. This problem happens when interop of 25G KR-FEC MRIP (MultiRate IP) design with 25G no-FEC SRIP (SingleRate IP) design variant. Resolution To work around this problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 25.3, set ‘enable_consortium_next_page_send’ to 0 in the ANLT CSR register to disable the cons next page.
