How should the data in the RPD file be set up for programming quad-serial (EPCQ) devices that are 256Mb or larger? - How should the data in the RPD file be set up for programming quad-serial (EPCQ) devices that are 256Mb or larger?
Description When programming EPCQ devices that are 256Mb or larger with an RPD file in Active Serial (AS) mode, you need to set it in 4-byte addressing mode before programing, otherwise it will cause a configuration failure. Resolution To set the EPCQ device in 4-byte addressing mode, refer to 4BYTEADDREN operations in Quad-Serial Configuration (EPCQ) Devices Datasheet (PDF) .
