Arria® 10 FPGA – Customizable Flash Programmer Design Example - The Quartus® software programmer tool (v18.0 or earlier) does not support third-party flash programming, except for the Micron MT25Q flash. The Customizable Flash Programmer enables users to program third-party flash devices, such as those from Winbond, Macronix, and Cypress, with either an FPGA configuration bitstream or raw programming data (.rpd). The Customizable Flash Programmer tool is a System Console tool. It uses the soft design (Programmer Image) to program the flash.
